Each spark member will have three opportunities each year to present their vision and their value proposition to 50+ superintendents. Live. The moment when your pitch is no longer theoretical - you’re in the game for real and it’s the chance to take your shot.

In turn, these decision makers will do more than say “yes” or "no” to your offering. They’ll give you precise, actionable feedback about your story and your solution. What began with an idea will become more than a reality. It will be your chance to change education. But in order to really stand out, you’ll need a team that stands with you. Here’s how it works.

Companies accepted into a Spark cohort offer 5% equity to Spark in the form of options to purchase stock (immediate vesting, surviving for lifetime of company).

We also have options for non-equity-based engagement via percentage of gross sales over a five year schedule.

This sets up all of the benefits listed here, including direct access to our team, its incredible wealth of knowledge and contacts, and specific opportunities to engage with district level decision makers.

Every Spark member will be required join three out of four Superintendents Summits throughout the year for meetings with district leaders and briefings with the Spark team. This is a $54,000 value to member companies.

Member companies cover only their costs for travel and lodging for these events, which is part of our shared commitment to reducing barriers for the innovators that will change the world.
